FANB celebrates reestablishment of diplomatic relations between Venezuela and Colombia

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) celebrates the reestablishment of diplomatic relations between Venezuela and Colombia, after the governments of both countries agreed to resume bilateral cooperation, divided by the right-wing governments of the New Granadean nation.

The Minister of People’s Power for Defense, G/J Vladímir Padrino López, highlighted through his account on the Twitter social network: “Venezuela and Colombia, as always must have been, in the words of Bolívar, ‘united in interest, in hearts and in glory”.

Venezuela and Colombia formally resumed diplomatic relations on August 28, after the arrival of their ambassadors Félix Plasencia and Armando Benedetti in Bogotá and Caracas, respectively.

This is about reestablishing binational relations in different areas, betting on cooperation and integration to consolidate significant advances for both peoples.

Venezuela and Colombia, as always must have been, in the words of Bolívar, “united in interest, in hearts and in glory.” From the FANB we celebrate the virtuous return of diplomatic relations between both governments. LONG LIVE THE GREAT HOMELAND! https://t.co/EeH900GuI7”
