Head of State announces the creation of two law bills for economic growth

In a meeting with the National Council for Productive Economy, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced the creation of the organic law bill for the coordination and harmonization of the tax powers of states and municipalities.

The National President stressed that this bill seeks to put an end to the tax chaos that exists at the level of municipalities and states, and that it will later be sent to the National Assembly for its study and approval.

Similarly, he reported that an organic law bill was created for the protection of socioeconomic rights: “We have to make adjustments and adaptations to the legal system for the protection of Venezuelan consumers, the people of Venezuela and the Venezuelan family”, he pointed out.

He, in turn, declared the previous fair prices law as defunct: “We have built a bill of an organic nature, for the protection of the socioeconomic rights of the Venezuelan population that will protect against speculation and theft that is sometimes practiced against people at the level of commerce”, said the Head of State.
