President Maduro congratulates the men and women elected street chiefs of the PSUV

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, congratulated the men and women elected as street chiefs of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in the elections held this Saturday in the country.

Through an audio published on his account on the Twitter social network @NicolasMaduro, the Head of State highlighted that more than 260,000 grassroots assemblies were held during the day, with the people in the streets and mobilized.

Likewise, he sent blessings to those selected “so that they give great strength to that leadership and transforms it into happiness, prosperity and well-being for the entire community”.

The National President stressed that the slogan is clear: “To organize People’s Power each time better, to unite the leadership of the people and to sum. To Organize, to unite and to sum, the victory belongs to us”.

The electoral schedule of the red party will continue on August 27 with the assemblies to choose the heads of the community and for the coming September 3, to elect those of the Bolívar-Chávez Battle Units (UBCH).

Tremendous day! More than 260,000 base assemblies, with the people in the streets, mobilized. I congratulate the men and women elected to fulfill this great commitment to the family, the community and the country. To organize, to unite and to sum for victory!
