COVID: Venezuela registered 115 new infections in the last 24 hours

A total of 115 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours in Venezuela, of which three were imported from Panama (2) and Turkey (1) to sum 540,796 as the confirmed accumulated total of cases.

The cases of the day are located in the states Bolívar (30), Zulia (20), Caracas (13), Miranda (11), Nueva Esparta (10), Delta Amacuro (8), Anzoátegui (5), Sucre (4), Yaracuy (3), Aragua (2), Carabobo (2), La Guaira (1) and Táchira (1).

This was announced this Wednesday by the Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through his account on the Twitter social network, @luchaalmada.

On day 885 since the pandemic arrived in Venezuela, the country registers 5,781 as the total number of deceases. The number of recovered patients is 531,917 and there are 3,098 current active cases.
