A Special Financing Fund for workers’ projects, with an initial contribution from the National Government in the amount of 100 million bolivars, was announced this Sunday by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during the commemoration of International Workers’ Day.

In this context, the national president also instructed executive vice president Delcy Rodríguez to begin the discussion of all contracts and collective agreements “of all workers in the country, without exception”, in order to improve wages and salary tables:

“Venezuela is recovering and improving, thanks to the working class and the entire people”, assured the Head of State.

In his view, this fact made possible the approval, in April, of the increase in the minimum wage to half a Petro, as well as the improvement in the salary tables of the public administration: “supported by the real wealth of the country with organic bolivars”. that do not generate inflation.
