Through his social networks, the secretary general of ALBA TCP, Sacha Llorenti, announced that he held an important virtual meeting with Clarems Endara, also permanent secretary of the Caribbean and Economic System (SELA).
Llorenti highlighted that both secretaries addressed the need to work together on issues such as economic recovery; social development; disaster prevention and food security, among other topics.
SELA is a regional intergovernmental organization, based in Venezuela, made up of 25 countries whose fundamental objective is to promote coordination in economic matters among its member countries before international organizations; in addition to strengthening integration between the nations of Latin America and the Caribbean.
