The Banco Del Tesoro Bank will start a direct policy of care and financing for entrepreneurs in 2022.
“It is about the Tesoro Emprendedor (Entrepreneur Treasure) program”, reported the president of the financial institution, Johann Álvarez Márquez, who explained that the objective of the initiative is to grant loans to those who present productive projects that contribute to the economic growth of the country.
Álvarez Márquez remarked that the support policy for entrepreneurs implemented by the National Government is a clear and correct action to sustain the economic growth that the country registered in 2021; Therefore, in 2022, the Banco Del Tesoro will strongly join this strategic line.
The guideline of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro is clear and correct: “to support entrepreneurs who, from their creative powers, have placed their bet on the country, who are investing and who will work for Venezuela.”
“We need a new commercial and economic framework, that believes in the country,” highlighted the Venezuelan economist and chess master.
One of the most important aspects of the Tesoro Emprendedor program is that it is not only about financing, but also about accompanying those who have a project or run small businesses, Álvarez said.
“We are going to provide training and financial education on the management of your accounting, your business; It is important that those merchants who are part of the informal economy can formalize their businesses and for us to accompany their business”, said the president of the Banco del Tesoro.
Likewise, it is planned that in 2022, a unit will be created where entrepreneurs can process and expedite the requirements to be included in the new credit program.
Johann Álvarez Márquez, recalled that support for entrepreneurs and communities is the reason for the existence of the Banco del Tesoro bank.
“Our bank is a creation of Commander Hugo Chávez. It is the first bank born in Revolution; it is made to serve the people, it is an institution that includes sectors excluded by traditional banking. We will provide all the necessary support to entrepreneurs, because we are available to all who have the commitment to build the Venezuelan power” he stated.
