Bolivarian Government set up work table with banking sector

The Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, under instructions of President Nicolás Maduro, set up a work table with the banking sector to strengthen the country’s financial system

From the main headquarters of the Banco De Venezuela, the authorities of the area discussed various strategies as part of the plan for economic recovery, growth and prosperity of Venezuela

According to the web portal of the Executive Vice Presidency, this work table is part of the agenda promoted by the Bolivarian government to support the reactivation of the nation’s productive apparatus during the 2022-2030 term.

One of the main goals of the agenda is the launch of the digital economy, support for entrepreneurship and commercial activities

The meeting was attended by the superintendent of the banking sector, Antonio Morales; the president of the Central Bank of Venezuela, Calixto Ortega; and the Vice Minister for Digital Banking, Banking, Insurance and Securities, Román Maniglia.
