The Bolivarian Government published in the Official Gazette of the Republic, the Law for the Respect of Human Rights in the Exercise of Public Function.
The norm, approved by the National Assembly, is a new legal instrument that reinforces Venezuela’s policy of absolute guarantee and protection of Human Rights.
The information was provided by Larry Devoe, executive secretary of the National Human Rights Council and agent of the State before the International Human Rights System, who also made the (publication of the) Official Gazette available through the @LarryDevoe account.
