This Sunday, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, condemned the delivery of financial resources from the Republic to sectors of the Venezuelan extreme right wing.
“They are taking all the money sequestered from Venezuela, the resources of Venezuelans, to deliver it to those mafias” he revealed, specifying that representatives of the extreme right will receive more than 150 million dollars that are being sequestered abroad.
These resources are part of the money that has been frozen by Washington under the curtain of coercive and unilateral measures imposed by the government of that country. “It is a juicy business by a bunch of bandits, they have left the field of politics to dedicate themselves to the field of the economic mafia, of extortion,” he stressed.
In this sense, the dignitary asserted that these actions respond to destabilizing plans created by US imperialism with the consent of sectors of the extremist right against Venezuelans, through a strong communication campaign that has only left large profits to these opposition leaders:
“The permanent psychological war that exists over Venezuela, which generates immense fortunes, since US imperialism imposed the practice of financing right-wing groups for their media campaigns. It is nothing more than the commodification of what was once a political sector”, he concluded.
