Director of UN World Food Program arrived in Venezuela to cooperate with food security

The Executive Director of the World Food Program of the United Nations Organization (UN), David Beasley, arrived on Sunday 18 April 2021 to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The announcement was made, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, who reported that the High Officer of the UN, will sign important cooperation agreements for the food security of Venezuelans.

The Executive Director of the World Food Program of the United Nations Organization (UN), David Beasley, was welcomed by the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs, Jorge Arreaza, who said the visitor will fulfill an intense work day in the Framework of cooperation with the national government.

The World Food Program of the United Nations Organization is the leading humanitarian organization in the fight against hunger.
