COVID: Venezuela registered on Monday 470 community and 7 imported cases

The Presidential Commission for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 informs the country that in the last 24 hours there were 470 community cases and 7 imported cases, for a total of 477 new infections in the national territory.

This was announced this Monday through her official account on the social network Twitter, by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, also indicating that “the entity where today more new community cases are detected is the Capital District (102) , with active infections in 19 parishes; It is followed by states Miranda (98) and La Guaira (67),” tweeted Rodríguez.

She also added that, in the last hours, 4 Venezuelans have died from Covid-19: 2 men aged 70 and 64 – from the Capital District, a woman aged 61 – from Zulia, and a man aged 73 – from Miranda state.

Likewise, Delcy Rodríguez pointed out that these are the general statistics at 344 days after the pandemic in our country: – Total infections: 136,545 – Recovered patients: 128,579 (94%) – Current active cases: 6,646 – Total deaths: 1,320.
