Venezuela bets on contribution of treatments and vaccine donations in collaboration with ALBA-TCP

This Sunday, during a new journey of balance of COVID-19 in Venezuela, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that “We must improve the treatments to save lives, we must comply with the solidarity contribution together with the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our Americas – Peoples’ Trade Agreement (ALBA – TCP) to meet the needs of the population in the fight against COVID-19″

In this sense, he pointed out that the work of the countries should be the contribution of the best conditions of treatment and donation of vaccines to save lives. “Here individualism is not valid. The key to this stage is prevention and curative treatments. I say this to the world, to the governments of Latin America and the Caribbean: We must agree between ourselves”.

Likewise, he urged the entire National Executive to be prepared to face the variants of the coronavirus and recalled that the country with its 7 + 7 method in this week of safe flexibility, goes hand in hand with the military bodies, the security forces, the medical brigades: “We are going to act with intensity, to guarantee the security of flexibility. We are not for a relaxation”.
