Venezuela rejects fake news about World Food Program

This Saturday, the Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, rejected the information given by the press agencies, who created a new lie by ensuring that the Government of President Nicolás Maduro prevents the World Food Program from entering the country.

Through a message posted on his Twitter account @jaarreaza, the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations made reference to information published by the Bloomberg news agency where he assures that “President Nicolás Maduro would be blocking an agreement to allow the agency to United Nations food agency bring help to Venezuela by insisting on controlling distribution ”.

In this sense, the Venezuelan diplomat said that the Bolivarian Government is in talks and “we aspire to reach an agreement that respects the principles and our laws.”
