Guaranteeing the delivery of the Local Supply and Production Committees (CLAP) together with the protein combo to Venezuelan families, was the demand of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
He exhorted the Ministries of People’s Power for Alimentation; for Productive Agriculture and Lands; for Urban Agriculture; for Fisheries and Aquaculture, among other institutions, so that they “work in an united and articulated manner to produce in Venezuela.”
“We must improve (the CLAP), guarantee a greater number of products and the protein plan. You must guarantee it even with your own lives, joining effort and work ”, he said.
The Head of State emphasized that this social benefit “is for the Homeland, the people, the future, for the victory deserved by the humble women who manage the market at home, for the family and the dignity of Venezuela,” he said.
Likewise, the Dignitary indicated that the country is writing some glorious pages in a process of liberation of the 21st century.
“Our armies are the hands that produce food, ours, our battle through the CLAPs,” he said.
It should be noted that the protein combo consists of chicken, meat, eggs, mortadella; and the CLAP combo of items from the basic basket such as corn flour, rice, pasta, sugar and grains, among others.
