This Monday the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, said through the Twitter social network @drodriven2, that the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, will have time to pay for all the damage that it has caused the peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean «with your lackey servility and genuflexion to Washington”, she said.
Likewise, the senior official of the National Executive recalled that, «there is blood of the Bolivian people on your hands (Almagro), from the same who emerged today to defend peace and democracy”.
For his part, the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, classified the congratulations and acknowledgement expressed by the Secretary General of the OAS to the president-elect of Bolivia, Luis Arce, and the vice president David Choquehuanca and the Bolivian people, for the victory obtained in the presidential elections.
In this regard, also through his account on the Twitter social network @Jaarreaza, the Venezuelan Chancellor pointed out that the “Descarado” (sassy) word, according to the Royal Spanish Academy, means: “One that speaks or acts with impudence; shamelessness: brazenness, daring, insolence, lack of respect” and in Venezuela: it is called “Cara de Tabla” (Table face).
Both reactions, both from the Chancellor and the Executive Vice President, occur after the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) Luis Almagro, expressed to the president-elect of Bolivia, Luis Arce, his assurance that from democracy they will know how to forge a bright future for his country: «An acknowledgement to the Bolivian people”, he wrote on his account on the Twitter social network.
