Commission for the prevention of Covid-19 evaluates flexibilization week

This Thursday the Presidential Commission for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 evaluated with Sector Vice Presidents and members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) the week of flexibilization after the voluntary quarantine due to the new coronavirus.

Through a videoconference where participated the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, was addressed the advance of attention strategies against the spread of the virus in the country, which already totals 41,965 Covid-19 cases.

Likewise, was evaluated the method of strengthening the health protocols in order to cut off the spread of the virus that has left 351 deaths until yesterday.

Venezuela detected this Wednesday 807 new infections, of which 794 are community cases, and 13 cases are imported.

It should be noted that of the global number of cases reported since the beginning of the pandemic in mid-March, 8,683 are active, and 32,931 have recovered (a 78%).

The Government has carried out 1,723,801 tests for the early detection of Covid-19, which represents 57,460 tests per million inhabitants, according to figures provided by the health authorities.
