Ambassador Samuel Moncada denounces attempt to impose massacre with money stolen from Venezuela

The ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada, denounced this Tuesday that the Governments of the United States (USA) and Colombia, with support of Juan Guaidó, intend to impose on Venezuela with money looted from the country, a massacre like those that are frequently registered in the Neo Granadean territory.

Through his account on the Twitter social network @SMoncada_VEN, he argued that US terrorists hired with money stolen from Venezuela by Trump, would murder thousands of Venezuelans:

«Guaidó hired assassins in the US to carry out a massacre the way the narcos do in Colombia», he said.

He also pointed out that, of the money looted by Donald Trump from Venezuela, «they gave 90 million to Guaidó, but they are such thieves that they stole the money from the operation».

Moncada published in another tweet a video in which the CEO of the Silvercorp security company and visible face of Operation Gideon, Jordan Goudreau, affirmed that his operation was part of the application of the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance (TIAR).

On this issue, the Venezuelan diplomat assured that «TIAR is inapplicable, but it is the only legal disguise at hand for the massacre».

He recalled that Goudreau was going to Colombia with weapons and terrorists hired in the US, to start the attack in Venezuela, but the boat had an accident. The US government rescued him and protected the operation.

The also historian cataloged the attempted massacre with the support of Trump requested by Guaidó – paid with money stolen from Venezuela – as «an atrocity never seen in our history».
