A total of 75% of Venezuelans indicated that they will participate in the parliamentary elections, which will take place on December 6, to elect the new members of the National Assembly.
In a recent poll carried out by Hinterlaces, a 52% of those consulted indicated that they will definitely vote in the next elections, while a 23% stated that they will probably participate in the parliamentary elections.
Moreover, 25% of those surveyed by Hinterlaces indicated that they will not participate in the elections on December 6, to which more than 20,000,000 Venezuelans are being summoned.
Regarding their choice for the parliamentary elections, 56% of those surveyed indicated that they would vote for the candidates of the National Government – represented in the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP) – while 26% of Venezuelans would elect independent members.

Regarding a polarized scenario, 63% of Venezuelans consider that they would vote for the candidates of Chavismo, while 23% would elect members of the opposition.
In the Hinterlaces survey was also consulted on choosing among the political parties that will participate in the parliamentary elections, with the PSUV remaining as the main political force.
In the study – which collects data from 1,200 people interviewed – the PSUV is supported by 33% of those surveyed, followed by Acción Democrática, which only collects 5% of those surveyed.
For these parliamentary elections, more than 20,000,000 Venezuelans were summoned to elect the more than 200 deputies who will make up the AN for the new period.
In these elections, more than 100 political organizations are qualified to participate.
