More than 92,000 officials from different State security agencies and more than 1,100,000 officials from the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the Bolivarian National Militia, officials from the Risk Management System, Fire corps and Civil Protection (PC), are deployed throughout the national territory.
This was announced by the Minister of People’s Power for Foreign Relations, Néstor Luis Reverol, who detailed that said deployment is to guarantee that the Venezuelan people comply with the radical quarantine and the 7 + 7 flexibility scheme.
Likewise, Reverol stressed that they are in compliance with the National Alarm Decree, establishing all preventive measures to stop the spread of the new Coronavirus (Covid-19).
In this sense, he explained that in the seven days of quarantine that begins on Monday June 8, all the preventive measures will be taken, as necessary to combat the Coronavirus and wherever outbreaks focus may appear.
In addition, he reaffirmed that the National Government has carried out this deployment at the national level to guarantee that the Venezuelan people remain at home.
Regarding the nationals, Néstor Reverol, emphasized that there are more than 55,000 who have entered the national territory from other Latin American countries, and of those nationals an 83% is made by the 2,377 cases of infected people that the country has in these moments.
«We want to recognize the willingness, the will, and the discipline of the people of Venezuela, to comply with the social, collective and disciplined quarantine. The only one that can stop the spread of this virus, which is highly contagious and spreads very easily, until now we have 2,377 infected and unfortunately have 22 deaths, the curve remains flat and is the objective of this (new) quarantine scheme, which starts from today», said Reverol.
The head of the portfolio for Justice and Peace was accompanied by Remigio Ceballos, Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB), G / D Javier José Marcano Tabata, Commander of ZODI Miranda, the Vice Minister for Prevention and Citizen Security, Endes Palencia, the Commander General of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) and all his team, by the General Staff, and all the military and police authorities, who today have been deployed throughout the national territory to comply with 7 days of quarantine.
