However, the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) issued a ruling in favor of the lawsuit filed by the Users and Users Committee and ordered the immediate restitution of the DirecTV signal for the people of Venezuela.
In addition, the National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel) “is on the subject and solutions will surely be found in the days to come”, said the President.
He made the caveat that this irregular action is part of the conspiracy plan that the extreme right wing supports and in this regard he alluded to the terrorist incursion into Venezuelan territory frustrated on May 3 last and which was supported by the governments of Colombia and the United States, rooted by Venezuelan far-right sectors.
Faced with this scenario, the National President signified the importance of promoting the defense of peace and the fight against terrorism.
“In the last hours we have captured a group of these terrorists linked to the action of May 3 and each one who is captured also speaks and tells the whole truth and leads us to new leads from the terrorist political groups that financed, signed and who decided this attack against Venezuela”, he said.
Executive evaluates proposals to reactivate economic activity in quarantine:
The Venezuelan President explained that the economic team of the National Government will have appearances in the coming days to make a series of clarifications regarding new proposals to support economic activity amidst the collective, social and voluntary quarantine that is being carried out in the country to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.
He pointed out that the goal is to define everything related to special measures to make businesses, shopping centers, banking services more flexible, “all of this has already been studied, to facilitate the payment of taxes and other things such as reactivating the Venezuelan agricultural products exchange. and to channel the alternative financing of primary production, storage and marketing of these products with a reduction in financial costs that will allow a fair price to the harvest”.
