FANB analyzes scope of the State of Exception and Economic Emergency

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) should «Be clear on the scope of what is a State of Exception in Revolution and what it was during the Fourth Republic. That is why there are spokespersons causing unrest in the society, where they say that there is a dictatorship and are expecting us to take the tanks out».
The statements were offered the Minister of People’s Power for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, during the Journey of Patriotic Awareness that is making the FANB.
On this scenario, he stressed that the military institution «must fully understand the dimensions of the harassment under which is Venezuela nowadays, to know the role that plays the armed institution, to know the historic moment we are living, besides knowing which is the role we must take for the country to remain standing, firm, facing and solving its problems among ourselves, and with the mechanisms of the Constitution «.
Padrino called on the FANB for reflection on the statements of Uribe Velez, «These are not games, not of words nor deeds, these are provocations that have been put on the table on a reliable way for interventionist actions on Venezuela».
