The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced on Wednesday afternoon the creation of the Venezuelan Foreign Trade Committee, which will be responsible for managing everything inherent to the economic, customs and foreign trade policies of the Small and medium industry.
The board will consist of holders of portfolios such as the Ministry of People’s Power for Economy and Finances, Ministry of People’s Power for National Commerce, Ministry of People’s Power for Industries and National Production, and the president of the Central Bank of Venezuela.
This new organizational system will aim to “supply the market with quality, and empower companies that have export capacity”, said the Dignitary from the Ayacucho Hall when leading a work journey, where members of the Small and Medium Businessmen’s Guild participated.
