Constitutional Law of the FANB will guarantee independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity

The head of State and Government, Nicolás Maduro, received this Tuesday from the president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Diosdado Cabello, the Constitutional Law of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, which acknowledges all the necessary structure for integral defense Of the homeland.

“This Constitutional Law has 7 titles, 23 chapters, 30 sections and 190 articles”, said the head of state, from the Mountain Barracks, located west of the capital city, in the occasion of celebrating 28 years of the Day of the National Dignity

The national president stressed that the legal instrument will serve as a mechanism to exercise independence, sovereignty and to guarantee territorial integrity, while urging those present to continue advancing in the construction of Bolivarian socialism:

“While the right wing continues to sell the country, we who love Venezuela advance on offensive, let’s not lose a single day, it is time to move forward”, he urged.

This Wednesday, January 29, the ANC passed this law with which the nation’s security system will be strengthened.

“Our Armed Forces have the support of the people and have demonstrated a guarantee of peace with the government and with Venezuelans. We must give it more strength every day”, said the president of the ANC, Diosdado Cabello, at the time of its approval.
