The Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, welcomed the arrival of 250 nationals from Chile, through the “Vuelta a la Patria” (Return to the Homeland) Plan, to whom he welcomed to the nation:
«Yesterday, on the first flight of 2020 of the Vuelta a la Patria Plan, 250 compatriots returned from Chile to the country. They arrive full of hope, leaving difficult times behind. They want to fight for Venezuela. Welcome!” wrote Arreaza on Twitter.
The Vuelta a la Patria Plan counts the return to Venezuela of 16,214 people from nine nations of the Latin American and Caribbean region.
