“I am giving 15 days more or less, by December 18 or 20 (December) to prepare a special 2020 certification plan. 2020 must be a year of happiness, progress, for Venezuela”, said the head of state during a balance of the Carnet de la Patria (Homeland Card) in a joint radio and television broadcast.
This plan, he said, will allow to know where changes in government management should be made.
During the journey, the Head of State supervised the inauguration of several Mission Bases, and saw the next steps to be taken with the Carnet de la Patria, as well as the Petro.
