Military to opposition students: In Venezuela you can talk with the FANB

Opposition students delivered a document in Fort Tiuna, where they were welcomed by a group of cadets from the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).
In a video broadcast on Twitter, a cadet is seen talking with the opposition leaders, to whom he tells that he is very proud “as (a member of the) FANB and as a people” to talk with them, “something that can not be done in every country of the world, as in Bolivia”.
The military said that “we are a people, we have family who lacks food, medicines, but the fact is that we are fighting against the blockade, because the problem we have is the interference of the United States in Venezuela, that does not allow us to emerge as a power”.
