The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, held a meeting this Friday with Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Vasantha Senanayake, in order to strengthen cooperation agreements and brotherhood ties.
The activity was carried out at the Alba Caracas hotel.
The Chancellor of Sri Lanka arrived in Venezuela on Thursday in order to strengthen agreements in different economic areas between the two countries.
The Venezuela-Sri Lanka relations were established 32 years ago, however, with the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution – driven by Commander Hugo Chávez – they were strengthened.
