Bolivarian Government and opposition sign Agreement of the National Dialogue Board for Peace

On Monday, representatives of the Bolivarian Government and the Venezuelan opposition participated in the act of signing the Agreement of the National Dialogue Board, with the presence of the diplomatic corps in the country.
From the spaces of the headquarters of the Chancellory in the city of Caracas, this agreement was signed by representatives of the opposition parties: Claudio Fermín (Solutions for Venezuela), Timoteo Zambrano (Cambiemos) and Luis Romero (Avanzada Progresista) with whose signatures they commit the political organizations they represent to fulfill the partial agreements that have been reached, and to continue participating in the process of discussion of the national dialogue board for the achievement of a political solution framed within the sovereignty and the national Constitution.
On behalf of the National Government, signed the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, and the head of the Delegation for Dialogue and Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez.
The document is signed under the principles of self-determination and sovereignty, with broad dialogue as its foundation, without exclusions, whose method is based on partial agreements, to which will join the representative sectors of Venezuelan society and any political forces wishing to join.
Among the first partial agreements reached between the Government and the opposition are: The re-entering of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv) to the National Assembly (AN), the appointment of a new National Electoral Council (CNE), to urge the Venezuelan justice system to promptly execute the solution measures attached to the law for those deprived from liberty, a national union in the defense of Guayana Essequibo, support for the exchange of oil for essential goods, and the unanimous rejection of the application of economic sanctions against Venezuela.
While these agreements are executed, the dialogue board will continue in full evolution and will be maintained an open work agenda for the achievement of new agreements on other topics of discussion and of interest to all sectors that make life in the country.
