This was spread through his official Twitter network, and added in the middle of a video published where he appears with the Defense Council of the Nation, defended by the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and added that: Let nobody get it wrong! Venezuela has someone who loves and defends it with ideas, politics, diplomacy, and with weapons, if necessary”.
