Venezuela will present evidences to the UN on protection of terrorist groups in Colombia


The Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced on Saturday that the Bolivarian Government will present strong evidences to the United Nations Organization (UN) on the protection by the president of Colombia, Iván Duque, to paramilitary groups trained to generate violence in our country:
“Venezuela will present to the UN strong evidences on the protection and protection of Iván Duque to terrorist groups, trained and armed in Colombia to attempt, with his consent, against our constitutional order, in violation of Security Council Resolution 1,373”, wrote Rodriguez on her Twitter account.
Earlier, the Sectoral Vice President for Communication, Tourism and Culture, Jorge Rodríguez, reported the location of Colombian paramilitary camps near the Venezuelan border. He said that these armed groups plan the killings of Venezuelans.
In addition, he learned of a plan organized in Colombia by Julio Borges – a spokesman for the country’s extremist opposition – to place explosives in state institutions, with the idea of creating social destabilization and carrying out a coup d’etat.
