The Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza, warned on Wednesday to the countries of the world about the imposition of Americanist exceptionalism that the government of the United States of America (USA) wants to execute, undermining the peace and self-determination of the peoples:
“Humanity must declare itself on maximum alert. In this speech @SecPompeo (Mike Pompeo) shows the fundamentalist belief of the elite that governs the US, by justifying and arguing the worldwide imposition of the dictatorship of the ‘Americanist exceptionalism’”, wrote the chancellor in his account on the Twitter social network, accompanied of a speech given on Tuesday by the US Secretary of State at the 101st National Convention of the American Legion.
In his participation in the convention, Pompeo indicated that, with the authorization of US President Donald Trump; had been created an “inalienable rights commission to ensure that human rights policy worldwide is based on the basic principles of the American foundation”.
Given these statements, Arreaza emphasized that “The myth of the ‘extraterritorial American exceptionalism” is the main threat to multilateralism and to peace and security in the world. Taken to foreign policy this is an outrage to the self-determination of peoples. They are devoted to imposing their model by blood and fire”.
Likewise, Pompeo – in his speech – once again acknowledged the participation of the United States in the coup attempts that have been carried out in Venezuela since last January 23, when the South American nation broke off relations with the North American country, given their collaboration in the coup d’ etat against the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
