The Venezuelan Vice Minister for Africa, Yuri Pimentel, was welcomed this Tuesday by the South African Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, Alvin Botes, as part of a bilateral meeting to strengthen cooperation between nations, as reported the Chancellory on the Twitter social network.
Last January, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jorge Arreaza, held a meeting with Jerry Matjila, South African ambassador to the United Nations (UN), to strengthen South-South cooperation relations, a mechanism based on the development of the countries that present common problems through the commercial exchange of experiences and inclusion, as highlights the Venezuelan Chancellory in a press release.
Venezuela and South Africa have signed agreements for the development of strategic areas of both nations, thus strengthening relations of friendship and cooperation.
