The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, said Tuesday that China-Venezuela relations should be an example for the new world, where sovereignty and self-determination of peoples is guaranteed.
“China and Venezuela share the pluripolar vision of the world, as Commander Hugo Chávez said. President Nicolás Maduro has consolidated this path with the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace. Ours are relations that should prevail as an example for the world, of respect, equality and in the search and consolidation of peace and international security”, said Rodriguez.
In this sense, Rodriguez stressed the importance of the strategic alliances that Venezuela has with the Asian country, which has collaborated with the development and strengthening of production in the nation, despite the economic, financial and commercial blockade imposed by the government. of the United States (USA), which has generated millionaire losses, as well as the difficulty of accessing the purchase of medicines and food to meet the needs of the people.
On Tuesday, the National Government re-launched – in partnership with the National Petroleum Corporation of China (CNPC) and the Chinese company Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corporation (HQC) – the petrochemical complex, which will have daily production capacity from 105,000 to 165,000 barrels of extra heavy oil.
In this regard, the Executive Vice President stressed that with the agreements with China, Venezuela aims to become a power in Latin America.
