This Friday High Commissioner of Human Rights will offer the press a report of her visit to Venezuela

The High Commissioner of the United Nations (UN) for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, will hold a single meeting with the press on Friday to offer statements on the results of her official visit to Venezuela, whose objective is to establish new cooperation mechanisms and strengthen policies on human rights.
The UN, through a statement released through its account on the Twitter social network, reported that Bachelet will offer her statements at Maiquetía airport, in La Guaira state, at 9:30 on Friday night.
“The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michell Bachelet, will hold a meeting with the press at the end of her visit. The meeting will take place at the international airport in Caracas at 9:30 p.m. on June 21”, said the UN statement.
Bachelet arrived in Venezuela on Wednesday afternoon and held a first meeting with the Chancellor of the Republic, Jorge Arreaza, in which they evaluated the consequences of the economic blockade imposed arbitrarily, unilaterally and illegally by the United States government (USA) against Venezuela.
Her visit responds to a formal invitation made, through a letter, by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, on November 8.
The High Commissioner fulfills an official agenda that includes meetings with representatives of the Bolivarian Government and opposition factors.
