The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, presented on Thursday the five dimensions of the 2019 Communal Offensive Plan during a meeting with representatives of these social organizations, from the Ezequiel Zamora park, in Caracas.

Communal economic circuit
Integral transformation of the habitat
The social and cultural scopes
Comprehensive defense of the Homeland: the militia, peace quadrilles
In this context, the National President exhorted the communal power to initiate a debate with the objective of specifying its potentialities and needs.
He explained that this initiative will establish mechanisms for the second half of the year in matters of popular organizational offensive, and the people’s government rectifying errors and changing everything that has to be changed.
