The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, said that “Imperialism invented the self-proclamation of the deputy in contempt and legal nullity of the National Assembly, Juan Guaidó, to come for the oil and natural resources of Venezuela”.
From the headquarters of PDVSA in La Campiña, Caracas, within the framework of a mobilization in support of the state oil company, she stressed that imperialism took off the mask to want to come to steal the oil:
“The heads of the empire have removed their masks and said ‘let’s go for the oil of Venezuela”. They rejected relations of respect and cooperation. Because here there are oil companies from all over the world. From the Middle East, Asia, Europe. Those are the relations of respect, cooperation, in a win-win concept”, she said.
Rodriguez called on the people to be alert and mobilized to neutralize the attempted coup d’etat that Washington promotes, and that they have intensified in social networks and media with a psychological warfare.
