Qatar’s ambassador to Caracas, Rashid Mohsin Al Fetais, reported on Tuesday that diplomatic and trade relations between the two countries are growing stronger, due to the efforts of President Nicolás Maduro with the current emir of Qatar, Hamad Al Thani.
The relations of these two countries are signs of mutual respect, solidarity and cooperation for the benefit of both peoples, as stressed Al Fetais:
“We can bring cultural groups from Qatar so that Venezuelans know our cultural wealth and also groups of Venezuelans to Qatar, so that Venezuelans, so that the Qatari know even more the human potential existing in Venezuela”.
During the government of President Nicolás Maduro, Venezuela has signed 8 bilateral agreements with representatives of the State of Qatar, in the economic, judicial, customs, sports and air transport areas.
