The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed on Tuesday that Venezuela is giving an intense battle against imperialism:
“Venezuela today is fighting a tremendous battle for our freedom against US imperialism for our rights, for our independence and for our commitment to developing a new political system”, he said.
He indicated that every day the nation is being attacked by the government of the United States, through sanctions and financial persecutions, advocated by the spokesmen of the stateless right wing.
He added that these attacks are known in history as wars for the distribution of the wealth of countries and regions.
Beyond the international debate against Venezuela, which is consequently supported by the US empire regarding the political situation of the country. Maduro stressed that “there is, and will be throughout this century a free, starring, strong, powerful and constitutional democracy”.
