The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported on Thursday that in 2019 will be granted 700,000 new homes through the Carnet de la Patria (Homeland Card) system.
“The houses will be delivered through the Carnet de la Patria, and the censuses carried out in the communities for the women who need it most, to the young families, to the workers and professionals”, he said during the act of handing over the 2,300,000th housing.
From the current month to December 31, 2019, the national government plans to reach the aforementioned goal and move from 3 million to 5 million or more homes delivered by the GMVV.
