President Nicolas Maduro ordered on Tuesday to restrict any censure motions approved by the adeco(*)- bourgeois National Assembly against the ministers and executive Vice Presidents of his Team “Until ceasing the effects of the Economic Emergency Decree”, issued in the Council of Ministers.
The measure, published through Decree No. 2,309, aims to “ensure continuity in the implementation of emergency economic measures entrusted to the Executive Cabinet”.
Last Thursday, the Venezuelan parliament passed a vote of censure for Minister for Alimentation, Rodolfo Marco Torres, for not appearing before the parliament to report on the food situation in Venezuela.
