“Venezuela must be at the forefront of electronic payment. We must arrive at the moment of having 100% electronic payment. In spite of that, I wanted to guarantee that paper money is ready for the monetary reconversion, we have it ready. We have 10, 15 times more than what is needed”.

He urged the governors to join the study of the economic recovery program, with the aim of overcoming the economic war and achieving the happiness of the people in this field:

“We must continue working on the program of economic recovery, beating inflation, speculation, recovering the purchasing power of workers, and installing a new price system (…) Venezuela deserves a great productive transformation. Never before a governor has been involved this much in the economic issue. We need to do more, keep an eye on the industry, on each economic zone”, he said from Miraflores Palace, where he held a meeting with the regional authorities of the country.

President Maduro said that the system for economic recovery is armored, to avoid any type of boycott by the different mafias that are inside and abroad the country:

“I know what I’m saying and the people will know what I mean step by step. This economic change has a well-prepared program and the achievement of economic prosperity is going for good of for bad, so get ready those who want to boycott it because we are going to apply the whole hand of authority. If we clear the final formula of the path for the stability and happiness of the people, we will ensure the victory of this revolution for many years”, he said.

The highest authority of the nation highlighted the arrival of the Carnet de la Patria (Homeland Card) as the main social protection system of the people, which will be essential to achieve the economic recovery of Venezuela: “We have to show the world that Venezuelan socialism is alive”, he said.
