Chavismo is the revolutionary and transformative Bolivarianism of the 21st century

The president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, emphasized on Monday that the Chavista movement has its foundations in the values of Bolivarianism, but the revolutionary and transformer one of the 21st century.

“Chavismo is Bolivarianism, and Bolivarianism is the Homeland. It is pride, it is courage. Bolivarianism is to say the entire Americas united. Bolivarianism is the greatest thing we can feel, and Chavismo is the revolutionary, transformer Bolivarianism of the 21st century”, said Maduro during a plenary session of the 4th Congress of the PSUV.

The ratified President of the party said that with this congress, the patriotic forces have to “look for the primary source” to develop ideas and proposals that respond to the interests of the people and that manages to stop the threats of the imperial axes that threaten stability and the peace of the Homeland:

“We must be living cells of the great body of the revolution of our Homeland. It has to be a living congress in its connection with the people, of a living congress of the passion to be a revolutionary”, he stressed.

On the other hand, Maduro urged the revolutionary forces to maintain unity before the attacks of imperial axes, which threaten the stability and peace of the Homeland.

“Let’s work for the union. Unity, so that no fissure is opened”, he stressed.

In this regard, he emphasized that this 4th Homeland Congress has as its objective to seek for answers to the country and to build the path of socialism and the new productive economic model of the country.
