The president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, on Saturday urged the members of the national leadership of the organization, to develop an open-door 4th Congress in order to listen and analyze the political proposals of all progressive and revolutionary movements of the country.
“I believe that this congress must be open to the entire society, to the entire revolutionary and progressive movement of Venezuela”, he said at the official installation ceremony of the congress plenary from the National Pantheon, in Caracas.
In this sense, he proposed to convene the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP). For this reason, he urged the Alliance Commission and the Bureau of the Seven Political Lines of PSUV to listen and analyze the proposals and proposals of the organizations that make up the GPP:
“I know the proposals that have been generated. The brother movements, the Great Patriotic Pole, to face the economic war and thus bring the country to a state of economic recovery”, he said.
He said that in this way it seeks to consolidate the revolutionary unity to transform and serve the country, to serve the Bolivarian Revolution and solve the problems of Venezuela.
“We are united to strongly promote a programmatic plan that will lead us to the construction of Bolivarian socialism in its different stages in the years to come”, he said.
