The Chancellor of the Republic, Jorge Arreaza, confirmed that this Sunday that despite the internal and external conspiracies against Venezuela, the National Government will not fail to guarantee social protection to the people.
“President Nicolás Maduro has guaranteed social investment despite the financial blockade, the swings in the price of oil and internal and external conspiracies. We are going towards a phase of integral national stabilization”, he wrote through Twitter.
His message makes a reference to the work meeting held by the Head of State on Saturday with the health cabinet, where he approved a series of monetary resources for the purchase of supplies and high-cost medicines, as well as for the recovery of the Latin American Children’s Cardiology Hospital “Dr. Gilberto Rodríguez”, located in the capital city.
From Miraflores, the President urged the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security (IVSS) and the General Staff of Health to articulate with the third motor of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda to meet the needs of the people and strengthen the pharmaceutical industry.
