ANC gathers proposals to give constitutional rank to educational missions

The Science and Technology Commission of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) maintains constant communication with the teaching union to channel contributions in order to broaden and reform the Magna Carta in this area, including the constitutional rank of educational missions.

In an interview this Tuesday in Venevisión, constituent Loengri Matheus indicated that they have placed special emphasis on the constitutional rank for educational missions based on a new educational model to improve it, with a liberating, humanistic, inclusive, quality, public and free vision .

“The educational missions, created by Commander Hugo Chávez, were an alternative for our people who were unassisted and really eager for a different education and now we have to give it greater legitimacy through the new Magna Carta that is being built”, he stressed.

In his capacity as leader of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Matheus said that these proposals, as well as those related to the economic issue, could be taken to the debate during the 4th Congress of the political organization, from the renewal of leaders and leaders through the 13,000 Bolívar-Chávez Battle Units (UBCh) at the national level.
