Turkey ready to support Venezuela in its development

On Tuesday, the Venezuelan delegation, headed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, held a meeting with Turkish businessmen in the city of Ankara, to strengthen the strategic relations of cooperation between both nations.

In the event, the governor of Istanbul, Vasip Şahin, ratified the disposition of his country “to support Venezuela in its development and future”, recalling the help provided by the Bolivarian Government to his country in times of difficulty.

The Chairman of the Foreign Economic Relations Council of Turkey, Nail Olpak, joined this demonstration of support, noting that the Turkish business community is willing to strengthen the economic cooperation with Venezuela.

At the meeting, the Venezuelan delegation presented Petro as a new trade exchange currency to strengthen binational growth between Caracas and Ankara.
