President Maduro held bilateral meeting with Prime ministers of Russia and Palestine

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, held a bilateral meeting with the Prime Ministers of Russia and Palestine, in Ankara, capital of the Republic of Turkey.

The Venezuelan leader, who is visiting the Eurasian nation on the occasion of the inauguration of his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, met with the Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitri Anatolievich Medvedev, to ratify the cooperation ties between Moscow and Caracas.

He also took advantage of his stay to hold a meeting with the Prime Minister of Palestine, Rami Hamdallah, a country with which Venezuela shares not only a close commercial relationship but also a brotherly friendship.

Prior to the act of investiture of the re-elected Turkish president, the Venezuelan Head of State exchanged cordial greetings with the Emir of Qatar, Tamim ben Hamad Al Thani.
