President of Cuba arrived in Venezuela on his first official visit

The President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, arrived in Venezuela on Wednesday to meet a work agenda with representatives of the National Executive as part of his first official visit as President.

Upon his arrival, he extended a greeting from the people of Cuba and Raúl Castro to the entire nation, especially for the victory of President Nicolás Maduro for the period of 2019-2025.

The Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Tareck El Aissami, welcomed the Cuban Head of State at the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía (Vargas state).

The Cuban President will make a tour of several places in the city of Caracas and will hold a meeting at Miraflores Palace with his counterpart, Nicolás Maduro.
