Maduro: Let’s build proposals to achieve an economy of peace

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported from the meeting with the Public and Private Banking of the country that he defined as a “New Economic Beginning”.

“This is a new beginning of the Venezuelan economy, of the post-oil model of the economic, productive and financial field, and we must do it on the fly, against the difficulties and we will overcome it”, said the Head of State.

The National Chief Executive said that Venezuela has had economic setbacks and they have always been due to the oil (rentier) system.

“In the Bolivarian period and the leadership of OPEC, a large amount of resources came in that allowed us to return it to the people in social benefits, we also have to emphasize that we are going through the longest period of the lowest price of oil and our social system has allowed embrace the people in these conditions”, he said.

Nicolás Maduro insisted that the international financial persecution that the Republic is experiencing is impressive.

“We will overcome this persecution and speculative attacks and economic war, we could have different opinions on these claims but we must acknowledge that the criminal war that imposes perverse websites has led to the irrational dollarization of products”, he said.

Regarding the capture of the criminal who managed one of the websites that speculate our economy, he is imprisoned, said Maduro.

“I want to listen to your proposals that may be viable to stabilize the national economy and that is what we need, the protection system we handle is enviable. we must put an economy at the service of the people”.

The President asked the public and private bankers of the country to present proposals to achieve a peace economy.
